What you eat and drink fuels your body. 

Do you want the good news or the bad news first?

It’s actually both good and bad.

However hard you workout and train, the reality is that what you eat and drink is so important. Even if you train hard 5 days a week, what you are eating and drinking during the other 160 odd hours can make all the difference. 

How do you cut through the mass of contradictory and confusing information that is in the media? One week it is good for you, the next week you shouldn’t touch it.  One day you read you should eat more of something, the next day someone tells you that you should eat less of it. It's difficult to know what to do for the best.

The good news is that, if you follow some simple guidelines, it is really very easy. Diets don’t work - full stop - so we won’t be suggesting that and we won't be making you count your calories! (Phew!)

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be dull and boring! We’ll help you find food that you like and a way to build it into your lifestyle. We will take in to account any dietary requirements you may have, whether you are vegetarian, vegan, celiac, gluten intolerant etc.
