Off to the ski slopes again?  Last year did you say “I really need to get fitter next year”?

Nearly all of us do and it’s not surprising.  We spend most of our lives behind a desk or driving around that when it comes to the annual ski holiday, and we are suddenly exercising for up to 7 hours a day, we feel it!  (Oooh those poor legs!)
