Personal training is exactly what it says on the tin – personal!  And it doesn’t have to be expensive.

Our one to one personal training sessions start at £30 and if you train with friends you can make significant savings.  

We have a variety of packages so there is sure to be at least one that will suit you.  
We tailor your fitness training to work with your own daily routine, free time and budget.  

-    Some people like to work out with a personal trainer three or more times a week.
-    Others like to train a couple of times a week for short intense ½ hour sessions.
-    Some like to train once a month and be given a programme to follow in their own time.
-    You can train with a friend or three – more motivation, friendly competition, lower prices and EVEN MORE FUN!!

Our personal training sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or garden, in a local park, in a private gym in the centre of Chichester or pretty much anywhere you want.  Your personal trainer will bring equipment to you and you’ll be amazed at how much you can do with just your own body weight.

You can train with either of our personal trainers, Rich or Claudia, in Chichester or Bognor Regis.  They will look at your overall health and your food and drink habits, tell you what you are doing right and suggest areas which can be improved.
